@canion It is possible to schedule ahead with projects and tasks, so they won’t show up until you need them. I also have a couple of (pre-filled) template projects in my Someday area that I can duplicate and schedule at will. Things also has a pretty robust ‘repeating’ engine for both tasks and projects.
