@Thedimpause @toddgrotenhuis @hollyhoneychurch It tasted delicious! I actually prepared them for my Romanian sister-in-law (during our first family reunion dinner in over a year..)! She made a traditional Romanian aubergine salad with them, with onions and olive oil as the only added ingredients. The smoky flavour added some divine sweetness and bitterness to it! (Wanted to take a photo of it, but the salad bowl was empty already! 😀)
